Rolf Method of Structural Integration
What is Structural Integration?
Every traumatic event, whether physical or emotional, has the potential to get stuck inside your body. The good news is that the body naturally wants to heal itself.
Old injuries, poor posture, and trauma disorganize connective tissue and create chronic pain in the body. Structural Integration is an experience of releasing these holding patterns by reorganizing the layers of connective tissue. Slow deep pressure allows connective tissue to melt and let go.

The intention of the Rolf Method of structural integration is to redefine your relationship with gravity. Instead of weighing you down, gravity can hold you up. Structural Integration frees your body from pain, allowing you to experience more ease, grace and freedom of movement. The nature of this work is accumulative, and session by session, you will become more aligned, connected and vibrant.
Great bodywork should always feel exquisite, never painful.
